Faster Resolution Through Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE)
Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE) is a streamlined, early intervention process designed to efficiently resolve disputes related to custody and parenting time.
Neutral and Confidential
SENE sessions involve a team of (typically two) neutral evaluators who provide a confidential, unbiased opinion about likely outcomes if the case were to proceed through the court system. Parents, whether represented by attorneys or not, are invited to share their concerns and highlight key issues. The evaluators then offer feedback that the parties may choose to consider.
As an evaluator, I am committed to maintaining neutrality and upholding strict confidentiality throughout the process. I ensure all parties are treated with respect and that each voice is heard and given thoughtful consideration.
Focused on Solutions and Timely Resolution
My approach is practical and solution-focused, emphasizing the importance of resolving disputes without unnecessary delays. I guide the process to remain purposeful and efficient, helping parties avoid prolonged conflict. Whether navigating legal complexities or interpersonal dynamics, my goal is to keep sessions constructive and moving forward. I aim to support outcomes that address immediate needs while laying the groundwork for long-term, mutually beneficial resolutions.
Child-Centered Approach
The well-being of children is at the heart of every evaluation I conduct. I bring a deep understanding of how parental conflict affects a child’s development. My evaluations prioritize stability, emotional health, and the long-term best interests of the child. I work with parents to develop thoughtful, informed parenting solutions that support their children’s growth and future well-being.
